The subject was Carpe diem.
A whole new a.m., an ambitious day begins.
For him, a new birth from yesterday's fruition.
Today may he be influential in his endeavors;
In the same, supreme way our oceans influence the weather.
The appeal of a man that would choose now over when-ever.
Who will do what he has to to conquer the day;
uninhibited and brave.
He will never let it escape,
for his job is to capture today.
